Solutions Architecture & Delivery

End-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations for specialty-chemical clients. I translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and lead the delivery to production.

I sit where business and engineering meet: I take complex, often ambiguous client requirements and turn them into technical designs that engineers can build — and that hold up in production.

What this looks like in practice

  • Architect and deliver full ELN / LIMS implementations for enterprise specialty-chemical clients, translating business requirements into scalable solution designs and staying hands-on through delivery.
  • Present architecture, solution demos and implementation progress to CTOs, IT leadership and client engineering teams. That’s the technical-credibility half of the sale, then the follow-through that makes the delivery real.
  • Lead a cross-functional Solutions Architecture and Customer Success team for the Brazil region. I built this remote team from the ground up and own technical delivery quality and capacity planning for it.
  • Set the standards that make the team faster: integration patterns, architectural decision records and engineering playbooks used across the global org, rather than being the person who writes every line.

How I approach it

The right design is the one that fits the constraint. I care about designs that are clear about cost and constraints, not the ones that look most impressive on a slide. I make sure requirements are well written first, then stay close to delivery so the design survives contact with reality.
